New principles for creating technologies for animal products are presented. Despite the large number of domestic developments, protein products or preparations and additives are mainly produced abroad (Great Britain, China, France). In the current situation, it is necessary to maximally support domestic developers and distributors of protein systems that have a very wide range of beneficial properties, which corresponds to modern nutrition concepts and new diets, in particular, J. Axe’s collagen diet.
