Presented on Wednesday 22 May: Session 10 As part of a greater petroleum systems modelling project, gross depositional environment maps were made for six key intervals in the onshore portion of the Jurassic to Late-Cretaceous Otway Basin in South Australia. This mapping interpreted varied depositional systems including anoxic, extensive ice-influenced lacustrine, lacustrine turbidite, extensive fluvial/lacustrine, fluvial/flood plain and growth fault-bound ribbon-like alluvial fan aprons.
