In quantum dot organic light emitting diodes (QD‐OLEDs), pixelized quantum dots convert blue OLED light to green and red. However, blue light leakage occurs due to QD layer's efficiency. Additionally, external light can cause green and red appearance even in black state. We propose using liquid crystal droplets for improved color conversion and nozzle unclogging. Further, a cholesteric LC layer is added to selectively reflect external UV and blue light.
