The chain tool magazine is the core component of the machining center, and its reliability is a key factor affecting the reliability of the machining center. Aiming at the reliability problems in using chain tool magazines, an improved FMECA reliability analysis method based on expert scoring information is proposed. Regarding risk analysis, cosine similarity is used to screen and eliminate inexperienced experts, and experts are considered. Occupation and duration information improves the credibility of the score output. The expert group score volatility is used to construct a subsystem reliability score correction factor, which is used to improve the consistency of the subsystem risk analysis results. It can guide the chain tool magazine in the improvement design stage. It provides important references for reliability allocation, fault warning, and maintenance during use.
