Based on the structure and heat source distribution characteristics of the tile-type active phased array radar antenna, forced air cooling is adopted for its heat dissipation design. The heat dissipation path and fins of the main heating module of the antenna were designed and calculated, and the reliability of the thermal design was verified through software simulation and thermal testing.
