A method is presented to deal with the problem of heat accumulation and strong scattering of active antenna. The whole system is a combination of upper absorber and bottom antenna. The absorber adopts a certain proportion of alcohol solution as the absorbing medium. Some metal vias are placed around the gap to provide heat flux path. The liquid absorber is co-designed to absorb the incident wave and take away heat without deteriorating the radiation performance. The simulated results show a strong radar cross section (RCS) reduction and effective heat dissipation capability.
