OLED flexible displays technology has been rapidly developing, but the main lamination process of it is still in 2D status. Due to wrinkles and other issues, currently there is not much experience in mass production for the 3D lamination. In this work, we mainly designed a spherical cover glass, and realized the lamination of it and flexible displays. We also proposed a solution for wrinkles during the lamination process.
