Micro / Mini LEDs, which are concentrated on next generation displays, are considered very important in transferring technology that moves chips quickly and accurately to a desired location. In this paper, to reduce the damage problem to the chip during the transfer process, an adhesive tape that can be easily transferred using changes in adhesion was produced.
