Lead Sulfide Quantum Dots (PbS QDs) are promising in shortwave infrared (SWIR) photodetectors. This work introduces organic polymer PM6 in hole transport layer of photodetectors and we obtain a decreased dark current density below 150 nA/cm 2 and an increased external quantum efficiency at 60% of the QD SWIR photodetectors.
