The purpose of the work was to investigate the association of individual allelic variants of the polymorphic loci of genes IFNL3 (rs8099917 T/G) and IFNL4 (rs12979860 C/T) with the se-verity of COVID-19. No reliable association was found between individual allelic variants and T/G or C/T alleles of these loci of IFNL3 and IFNL4 with the severity of COVID-19 in residents of the Moscow region.
