Research on The Construction Path of Lifelong Education Legislative Framework in China

Lifelong education legislation is an important means to promote the standardized development of lifelong education through the intervention of public power. It is an important means to protect citizens' lifelong learning opportunities by law, and guide the whole society towards the development of a learning society. On the basis of summarizing the international lifelong education legislation, this study analyzes the legislative logic of lifelong education in China, and discusses the construction path of the basic framework of lifelong education legalization. In terms of legislative ideas, it is guided by the excellent lifelong education ideas of ancient and modern China. On the basis of legislation, the content orientation is to construct a lifelong education legal system with Chinese characteristics. In the legislative environment, the perfect lifelong education system provides guarantee for legislative practice. Based on this, this study establishes the basic conception of the legislative framework of lifelong education from the aspects of the legal system of lifelong education, the basic system of lifelong education, and the construction of the lifelong learning service system for the whole people. It provides a scientific realization path for the legislation of lifelong education from ought to reality.
