Perianal eczema is a common disease in the field of proctology, characterized by erythema, papules, itching and exudation.Due to the special nature of the perianal area, patients often suffer immense physical and mental pain, leading to a significant decline in their quality of life.This article reviews the pathological mechanisms of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of perianal eczema, and provides a review of the selection of combination drugs for the treatment of perianal eczema, in order to provide reference for different combination treatment methods.
