Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership and communication on employee work motivation at SMKN 1 Seberida, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The research method used was quantitative, with a census sampling of 55 sample people as respondents. The analysis method is a quantitative descriptive method, data analysis is carried out using path analysis (with the IBM SPSS 21 program). The research results are.
