The purpose of the article is to show the connection between “values” and legal corporate instruments, substantiating the thesis on the example of B corporations (private military companies of the 21-st century) that self-regulation is an integral condition and context for the existence of any legal corporate instrument due to the subordination of “law” to “speech” — this fact has been remained unnoticed for a long time only due to errors in the application of scientific research methods.
