Purpuse. Assessment of anterior CT parameters in the early diagnosis of secondary keratectasia. Material and methods. The study included 60 patients with secondary corneal ectasia and 60 patients of the control group. The age of the patients ranged from 25 to 56 years. All participants underwent comprehensive ophthalmological examinations, including anterior segment OCT. Results. A comparative analysis of anterior optical coherence tomography shows that the corneal thickness parameter in the center, the minimum and median thickness in group 1 in patients with keratoectasia were reduced by 7.63%, 20% and 4.57%, respectively, compared with the control group. Conclusion.Studies confirm the importance of the parameters of anterior optical coherence tomography in the diagnosis of secondary keratoectasia. The results reflect the specific characteristics of this method and its practical value in detecting and evaluating the progression of this disease. Thus, patients with corneal ectasia have a smaller central corneal thickness compared to healthy people.
