The article provides statistical information on the judicial practice of considering criminal cases of crimes provided for in Articles 207.3, 280.3, 284.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The issues related to the appointment of forensic linguistic expertise in the investigation of crimes under Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation are considered.
