On Implementation of Separate Deliberative Democracy Forms

The paper examines the concept and features of deliberative democracy. The author notes that the forms of this democracy have their manifestation and relevance precisely at the local level of public power. It is noted that the forms of deliberative democracy include public hearings, meetings of citizens and public councils at the local level.
