Abstract

Combination of docetaxel and darolutamide in C4-2B4 and LNCaP. Dose-response curve with mean normalized viability (+/- SEM) of two (A-B) or three (C-D) separate experiments with technical triplicates. Curves were interpolated by non-linear regression analysis and used to determine absolute IC50 value.
