Background: Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) patients with central nervous system (CNS) involvement is rare (<5% cases) and have poor prognosis of approximately 3.7 months after identification of CNS lesion. The previous treatment options for MCL with CNS involvement such as intrathecal chemotherapy, high dose methotrexate +/− cytarabine, lenalidomide, involved field radiation therapy and ibrutinib or other Bruton tyrosine kinase inhibitors (BTKi) have failed to provide a meaningful overall survival (OS) benefit.
