Valve-in-valve (ViV) transcatheter aortic replacement (TAVR) is an alternative to redo surgery for failing aortic bioprosthesis. Most ViV-TAVR procedures have been performed in failing stented bioprosthetic valves; stentless bioprostheses are more challenging for transcatheter therapy. This study sought to evaluate the outcomes after TAVR in previous homograft/stentless surgical aortic replacement (SAVR).
