Problems related to mesh and fixation may continue after hernia surgery. In particular, mesh shrinkage and sliding are among the main recurrence problems. The shrinking and meshoma can cause significant pain problems as well as recurrence. The necessity of removing the mesh from deep planes can cause catastrophic consequences. Laparoscopic hernia treatment should be done one time with the correct technique. In the EHS Guidelines, it is recommended that re-laparoscopic repair (posterior approach) should be performed by experienced surgeons for recurrences that occur after laparoscopic repair. In this video, three male cases are presented. All three cases were presented as recurrence and also had pain and were repaired with the laparoscopic technique. Recurrence had occurred after the TEP technique in two of three cases and in one case recurrence occurred after two anterior repairs and one posterior TEP repair. We performed the repair with the TAPP approach in 2 cases and the TEP approach in one case. In all cases, the posterior meshes that formed meshoma were removed. We used one or two Pro Tack for the Cooper’s Ligaments and glue for mesh fixation. Patients were discharged without complications and pain after a one-day hospitalisation.
