تصور مقترح لتطبيق إدارة التميز بجامعة البيضاء في ضوء بعض التجارب العربية والإسلامية

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على ماهية إدارة التميز ومدى تطبيقها في الجامعات العربية والإسلامية، كما هدفت إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لجامعة البيضاء لتطبيق إدارة التميز، وتم اعتماد المنهج الكيفي بأسلوبه التحليلي لتحليل عدد من الأدبيات والأبحاث والنماذج ، وخلصت الدراسة إلى إعداد التصور المقترح والمتمثل في مجموعة من الإجراءات والمتمثلة في (القيادة، الأفراد العاملين، الإستراتيجية والسياسة، الشراكة والموارد، العمليات، نتائج العاملين، رضا المستهدفين، خدمة المجتمع، نتائج مؤشرات الأداء)، كما توصل الباحثون إلى متطلبات تطبيق التصور المقترح، أهمها: دعم القيادة العليا لتطبيق نموذج التميز وتأييدها، ومشاركتها. إعادة تشكيل الثقافة التنظيمية للجامعة وفق رؤية النموذج الأوروبي لإدارة التميز. التعليم والتدريب المستمرين للعاملين كافة، بما فيها القيادات العليا في الجامعة. التحسين المستمر للجودة. تأسيس نظام معلومات دقيق لإدارة الجودة للتميز. الكلمات المفتاحية: تصور مقترح-إدارة التميز-التجارب العربية والاسلامية A proposed vision for implementing excellence administration at Albaydha University in the light of some Arab and Islamic experiences Abstract The study aimed to identify the nature of excellence management and the extent of its application in Arab and Islamic universities. It also aimed to present a proposed vision for Albaydha University to implement excellence management. The qualitative approach was adopted in its analytical style to analyze a number of literature, research and models.
