With the development of informatization, intelligence, and networking, software-defined technology has become the core driving force for the coordinated development of special vehicle systems. The development towards intelligence and unmanned systems imposes stricter requirements on software, while issues such as the complexity of software systems in special vehicles, short software iteration cycles, and frequent software updates are becoming increasingly prominent. The traditional contact-based soft upgrade imposes an immense workload on software maintenance personnel, resulting in low software upgrade efficiency. This inconveniences the use and maintenance of equipment and reduces its availability. This paper focuses on the equipment usage scenarios, combined with the equipment's information architecture and software architecture, and studies the implementation of OTA technology in special vehicles under the cloud-based collaborative architecture to improve software upgrade efficiency and reduce software maintenance costs.
