This paper proposes a lightweight self-developed IKE framework to implement the national security standard IPSec protocol method, which is applied to embedded hardware to solve the problem that open-source frameworks such as strongSwan and OpenSwan do not meet the national security standard, do not support the national security algorithm, and they have huge code volume and complex structure. It is difficult for developers to implement the national security standard IPSec VPN under this framework. Finally, through the comparative test with the open source framework, the self-developed IKE framework is better than the existing open source framework.
