The article actualizes issues related to the development of the institute of continuing professional education with the aim of developing competencies required for modern educators. The method used by the authors is theoretical and methodological analysis, as it is the most objective form of scientific reflection. It has been concluded that it is necessary to adjust educational programs and create individual trajectories based on innovative technologies to improve educational process’s quality.
