The article provides information on the dependence of power losses in a hydraulic motor on the viscosity of the working fluid, as well as recommended viscosity values of the working fluid at the extremes of the temperature interval. Additionally, the article includes a table of viscosity classes of hydraulic oils and a simplified diagram of a gear pump. The article explains changes in viscosity and highlights the complex relationship between viscosity changes and the efficiency of gear pumps in heat dynamics. This work ensures a comprehensive understanding of how temperature affects the performance of gear pumps. By combining empirical data with advanced statistics, our findings provide practical insights for optimizing the efficiency of gear pumps under various temperature conditions, ultimately advancing research in the field of fluid machinery.
