This research study introduces an original IoT-based smart water heater in order to address the serious problem of deaths and injuries related to immersion rods used in traditional water heating. With the help of DS18B20, NodeMCU8266, and Blynk, users may effectively monitor and adjust water temperature remotely with this system. Through enhanced functionality including real-time alerts for abnormalities, automatic shutdown when not immersed in water, and user education on proper usage, the solution emphasizes safety. The integration of ultrasonic sensors for water detection and a chatbot for user assistance are the main innovations. The benefits involve reducing the risk of electrocution, offering accurate temperature management, easy-to-use remote control, energy-efficient heating, and a user-friendly Blynk interface that improves consumer happiness levels overall and increases user awareness. The Simplicity of the user interface and the effectiveness of automatic shutdown procedures are examples of performance parameters. This research offers an in-depth approach to avoiding accidents and raising the general safety profile of water heaters, making it very relevant to current safety issues.
