The global food industry grapples with the need to maximize agricultural produce utilization and minimize the huge amounts of waste which, on its own, can solve world hunger. Food wastage also comes with a huge environmental impact in the form of soil degradation, clean water loss, etc. This paper proposes a sophisticated smart processing and allocation system, driven by data-driven decision-making and predictive analytics. By integrating real-time updates and historical data and a system architecture enabling informed decision-making, the system optimizes the allocation of crops, fruits, and vegetables, reducing food waste and enhancing sustainability. The advantages include minimized food waste, improved food security, enhanced sustainability, and cost efficiency. This approach is essential in addressing the critical issue of food allocation, combating food waste, and hunger, and safeguarding the environment for future generations.
