The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between managers' super leadership and members' self-efficacy and innovative behavior in an airline crew organization and suggest improvement directions and implications for human resource management.Through literature research, we established the concepts of super leadership and the dependent variables, self-efficacy and innovation behavior, required for empirical research.A total of three hypotheses were established by establishing a research model based on empirical research. The study's analysis method used AMOS and SPSS 18.0 statistical packages, and structural equation modeling and hierarchical regression analysis were performed to test hypotheses. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the manager's super leadership had a significant positive effect on both members' self-efficacy and innovative behavior, and self-efficacy had a positive effect on innovative behavior.Based on these research results, the purpose is to reconsider the influence and importance of managers' super leadership on members' self-efficacy and innovative behavior, and to strengthen continuous super leadership education and training for managers.
