The author continues the study of the concept of barrack hooliganism started in the previous publication, which is understood as the aggregate of obviously illegal demonstrative attempts of some military servicemen doing military service by conscription to establish control over other conscripts by applying mental, physical and sexual violence (shadow law). This article is dedicated to the analysis of laws, tendencies of development and interpretation of laws in the ruling of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
