In order to meet the requirements of Ku-band T/R transceiver module for RF front-end of digital array antenna system, A Ku band four channel dual-polarization T/R transceiver module is Designed. The T/R component integrates four T/R channels with time-sharing operation, each channel can achieve single polarization transmission and dual polarization reception. The module has single-channel emission power <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">25 W</tex> , receiving gain <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">25 dB</tex> for horizontal and vertical polarization, NF <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2.5</tex> db, and good amplitude-phase consistency, which is suitable for systems engineering applications.
