A continuous-flow microwave installation with a pneumatic separation channel and a sedimentary chamber has been developed to separate the husk from the rapeseed core, where the principle of peeling rapeseed seeds in a toroidal resonator is implemented by combining methods of repeated impact and abrasion of the shells of moistened seeds on electric rotor discs coated with fine-grained abrasive material. The design dimensions of the toroidal resonator are justified, taking into account the wavelength of the centimeter range and electrodynamic parameters, including its own Q-factor and electric field strength in the CT Microwave Studio program, to evaluate the thermal efficiency. The specific energy costs are 0.05 kWh/kg.
