This empirical study investigates factors impacting consumer loyalty towards grocery quick commerce platforms in Indonesia.Amidst intensifying competition and closures, retaining loyal customers is essential for long-term viability.Data was gathered using a survey of 250 users of grocery delivery apps.Structural equation modeling analysis found perceived value as the sole significant driver of loyalty intentions, explaining 69.9% of the variance.Unexpectedly, satisfaction, trust and service quality did not emerge as salient predictors in this price-sensitive context.By spotlighting value-based strategies for customer acquisition and retention, practical implications are offered for tailoring management efforts.
