(A) The total cell counts of each cell type is shown. Counts were obtained by normalizing to the CD45 counts, per mg of tissue. (B) The percentage of each cell type (interrogated in panel A and normalized to % CD45+ cells) is shown. �45 cells were normalized to the live cell population in each tissue.
