Primary tumor challenge with NeoAg #5 knocked out CT26 tumor cells. Mice were immunized with CD8#5 mono-epitope vaccine and after 14 days, mice were s.c. inoculated with CT26 cells or CT26 #5KO cells, resulting in 50% and 0% of tumor free mice, respectively.
