Analysis using the System Usability Scale reveals how UI and UX influence user satisfaction in e-wallets.
In today's era, e-wallets are increasingly recognized as a practical substitute for cash that offers convenience and security. Using the System Usability Scale (SUS) as a methodological framework, this study seeks to examine how user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) affect user satisfaction with e-wallet programs (OVO, Dana, and Gopay). A total of fifty respondents filled out the questionnaire used to collect data. With an average SUS score of 78.55, the results of the study indicate that e-wallet applications are classified as "Acceptable" with a C grade and a "Good" rating. These findings indicate that UI/UX elements are very important to improve user experience. This study is expected to be a guide for application developers who want to improve UI/UX design to increase user satisfaction.
