This study aims to determine the level of damage to potato crops caused by the pathogen Phytophthora infestans in Enrekang Regency, South Sulawesi. This research was conducted in three villages in Enrekang Regency, South Sulawesi. The study was conducted using a survey method and directly observing the symptoms of potato leaf blight (Phytophthora infestans) in the field by purposive random sampling on potato plantations at the study site. As well as taking secondary data such as data on temperature, rainfall and humidity contained in the relevant agencies. The results showed that from the three villages there were differences in the level of attack of the P. infestans pathogen, where the highest disease intensity was found in Rampunan Village with 100% of the plants showing symptoms of leaf blight approaching the harvest period. The highest disease severity is in Batu Ke'de Village with a percentage of 36%. Disease intensity and severity were correlated with the conditions of rainfall, temperature and humidity at the study site. However, the rate of development of the disease due to P. infestans at the three research sites was included in the low criteria, this was due to the rainfall intensity which was classified as moderate category.
