MIRAGE syndrome consists of M yelodysplasia, I nfection, G rowth restriction, A drenal hypoplasia, G enital phenotypes, and E nteropathy. We report the uneventful anesthesia management of a 6-year-old female patient with MIRAGE syndrome. We think it can guide anesthesiologists caring for patients with this syndrome to find the appropriate method for them.
