We demonstrated a 75‐inch 4K 60Hz outdoor display with an open cell brightness of 3500 nits and regular service life greater than 30000 hours. In terms of design, we focused on improving transistor shading. In the process, efforts were made to reduce transistor Ioff and enhance TFT working stability. And in the circuit aspect, a time‐varying voltage compensation IC was employed.
