In the process of TFT manufacturing, the display device IGZO‐ TFT is more likely to produce electrostatic discharge due to the complexity of the process, and the performance of the device will be reduced due to the destruction of the device. Based on the process steps and mechanism analysis of ESD occurrence, the method to improve static electricity is applied for the 95‐inch 8K OLED display without ESD mura.
