In this paper, progressive emission method using pulse width modulation (PWM) for Micro‐LED display was discussed. The group number and period of key signal named ‘SWEEP' were calculated in detail. The results showed that these two parameters had clear value range in a specific panel. Moreover, total emission pulse number in one frame should be set correctly to achieve high efficiency for Micro‐LED device and low power consumption for display panel.
