This paper reviews the progress of printed OLED technology in terms of high PPI, including pixel design and printing process. In addition, we have introduced a 300ppi plus top‐emission device using a new pixel design strategy that integrates a triangular pixel arrangement and a narrow channel structure. This technology enables printer to achieve the high resolution capabilities of monitor and notebook applications.
