The article writes about the need to modernize the content of education and that it should be implemented jointly by the state, students, parents, teachers and the public. Along with this, it was shown that motivation is a force in the activities and behavior of all participants in the process of managing the quality of education. The types of motivation were also explained. It is noted that motivation processes in education quality management include different directions. This process is said to be emotionally charged and activate executive function. The article discusses internal and external types of motivation. The author notes that the role of motivation in the training of future teachers is immeasurable.
