Research on the Transformation and Development Strategies of Power Grid Enterprises in the Context of the Energy Internet

Currently, China's energy development is transitioning from a phase of total expansion to one of structural optimization. Integrated energy systems characterized by cross-sectoral integration will become an important form and service model for future energy systems. Power grid enterprises must timely transform their development strategies and main business operations, build a new type of energy consumption market centered on electricity, explore smart applications, innovate diversified comprehensive energy service methods, promote reelectrification, and construct an energy internet. This article outlines the connotation of the comprehensive energy business system for power grid enterprises, evaluates different businesses through a business evaluation model, and based on the attractiveness of the industry and the competitiveness of the enterprise itself, identifies 10 priority businesses and 7 pilot businesses, and proposes suggestions for the transformation and development of power grid enterprises.
