This paper introduces an innovative indirect bonding anchor structure designed to enhance the final test trimming accuracy of capacitive MEMS accelerometers. In a comprehensive study involving 768 teeter-totter accelerometers, the proposed anchor configuration successfully reduces the offset from an initial -158.1mG to a significantly improved -4.5mG.
