This research aims to present a study on mapping the competencies of Technical-Administrative Servers in Education at the Federal Technological University of Paraná, Campo Mourão Campus. This tool will support the implementation of the competency management model in the development and training of staff, aligned with the institutional objectives outlined in the Institutional Development Plan of UTFPR (PDI). Through the analyses, the goal is to enhance qualification actions through the collective construction of institutional activities and assist in strategic decision-making, thereby generating public value in delivering quality services by organizations.
