In the framework of the model of the rigid-plastic body, the limiting behavior of thin hybrid reinforced flat disks rotating in a steady-state regime is considered. The disks are fixed on the inner contour and have blades on the outer contour. Rigid-plastic materials of components of the composition are asymmetric in tension/compression and have piecewise linear yield conditions. Bind material has cylindrical anisotropy. The structural model with a two-dimensional stress state in components is used. The complete solution is constructed. Different modes of deformation are considered. Analytical expressions for the limit speed of rotation are obtained. Numerical examples of radial-circumferential and spiral reinforcement are given.
