The goal of the present study was to study Tinospora cordifolia stem and Mangnifera indica leaves as an antibacterial. In Ancient period of times, many medicinal plants were used to treat many medical disorders and illnesses.Since prehistoric times, therapeutic plants, often known as medicinal herbs or phytomedicines, have been identified and employed in traditional medicine practices.Eg: Tulsi, Neem, Aloe vera, Lavender, Ginseng, etc. Medicinal plants contain many chemical compounds that are beneficial for various therapeutic activities.T. cordifolia's chemical compositions include alkaloids, glycosides, steroids, phenolics, aliphatic compounds, polysaccharides, and the leaves are high in protein .The most significant phytoconstituents detected in Tinospora cordifolia include tinosporine, tinosporide, tinosporaside, cordifolide, cordifol, heptacosanol, clerodane furanoditerpene, diterpenoid furanolactone tinosporidine, columbin, and b-sitosterol.M. indica has been scientifically linked to a broad variety of chemical compounds.Polyphenols (flavonoids, xanthones, and phenolic acids) are the most prominent type of chemical in M. indica.Gallic acid, catechins, quercetin, kaempferol, mangiferin ellagic acids, propyl and methyl gallate, and protocatechuic acid. From above plants shows antibacterial ,microbial,anti-inflammatory activity from their separated consitudents.
