The transmission lines are the important component of power grid, and the status monitoring is of great significance for ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power system. The current monitoring system is mostly for monitoring a single physical quantity, which has the shortcomings of low integration, high monitoring cost and difficult maintenance in the later stage, which is not suitable for the development of power internet of things. Therefore, this paper designs a multi physical intelligent sensing terminal to measure multiple parameters such as voltage, current, and galloping state of transmission lines. and builds a transmission line test platform to test the system performance. A transmission line testing platform was built to verify the system performance, mainly including the transient steady-state performance of voltage and current, as well as the galloping performance. The experiments showed that the multi parameter measurement system can work stably and reliably in a simulated transmission line environment, and has the characteristics of miniaturization, multi sensing, and integration.
