The Legal Position of Employees of Internal Affairs Agencies in the Sphere of Official and Labor Relations

The article examines the current situation in the field of labor relations in the internal affairs bodies, which requires special attention to the issues and problems of legal regulation of labor in special conditions of service. This applies to the scope of working hours, which differs from normal conditions, the provision of leave and withdrawal from it in emergency situations, the provision of social and additional guarantees, allowances and payments, etc. The author clarifies that employees of the internal affairs bodies occupy a central place in the law enforcement system, which is confirmed by law enforcement activities, in accordance with which productive provision of public protection and security is provided.
